A Guest’s Post…
It was 14th of November and I was heading towards the hotel to attend a Diwali party named 3D NITE, organized by Bhartiya Community, Shanghai.
As I entered the party hall, I saw a mini-India celebrating Dandiya and Diwali with so much enthusiasm. Then I came to know the exact meaning of 3D NITE… Dandiya Diwali Dhamaka
The floor got on fire with the traditional Garba and Dandiya played by the beautiful and enthusiastic ladies, I also stepped in when it turned into an interactive dance. The teenage anchors were doing their jobs with full conviction and some fun. The kids of all ages did fancy and fashion show, some kids showed their extra talent by participating in dance and drama. Not only kids, beautiful ladies were equally focused on their performances…such as group dances, solos and drama. A Few gentlemen also showed their talents on stage.
The brightly lit stage was full of exuberant performers who stole my heart and I could’nt move from my seat. The prizes and raffle draws were adding more fun to the evening. The walls were covered with many paintings and craft works, Later I found out those were made by the children of Bhartiya Community attending hobby classes. Participation of each and every member in different activities was the X factor of Bhartiya Community.
Post dinner Tambola was the final activity of the evening, but the Diwali gift was indeed a cherry on the cake.
All in all, Bhartiya Community’s Diwali party was a complete package of fun, entertainment, prizes and much more.
Congratulations Bhartiya Community!
