Message from Consul General for Kids’ quarterly E-magazine
Greetings from Consulate General of India in Shanghai!
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the entire team of Bhartiya Community for launching this kids’ quarterly e-magazine. I also warmly welcome the proposed theme for the first edition as being “Creative Writing”, as I do believe that it is during our childhood that our creative faculties are at their best and, therefore, I am confident that some of the pieces showcased in this e-magazine by young children would make for an extremely insightful reading.
I was also privileged to witness some of the creative faculties and performances of children of the Bhartiya Community when I had attended the ‘Spirit of Spring’ event on 9th April. This e-publication/magazine seems a natural sequence to the splendid celebration organized by Bhartiya Community.
On behalf of the Consulate General of India I would like to extend our best wishes to all members of the Bhartiya Community, in particular the super-talented children, who have made their stellar contributions to this first e-publication/magazine today. I wish them all success!
With all good wishes.
